Fundraising Update -- Phenomenal Response from our Community!

Your PTO Officers are delighted to announce the following approximate net proceeds from the Fall Carnival held in October:

Teachers earned   $1,400

PTO earned   $3,100

TOTAL = $4,500!

WOW!  THANK YOU to all who participated!  This is a HUGE chunk of change to help our teachers out.  And, we are making outstanding progress toward our goal of buying a playground for the Pre-School and Kindergarten students.

Accordingly, we are excited to announce the possibility of purchasing a playground set by the end of November...  we'll keep you posted!

THANKS again, for all the hard work of our Fundraising Coordinator, Kara Green, and all our event chairpeople and committees this entire Fall:

• Walk-a-Thon
• Domino's Pizza night
• Fall Carnival
• Continuing:  Friday Snack Sales, Box Tops, Campbell's Soup, Capri Sun, Cream 'O Weber, Sunny D, etc.

We appreciate the support of our AWESOME MV community in a highly successful start this Fall to what looks to be a phenomenal fundraising year for our children-- the Mountain Valley Mustangs!
